Today it is one of the largest Indian Machine Tool Builders (MTBs) predominantly in the medium and light engineering industrial sectors, wholly owned by the Kothari Group. With domestic locations at Bangalore, Hosur and Chennai product divisions at BFW which build different product lines. Every division has its own captive manufacturing equipment, stores, design, and other facilities alongside abroad dealer network in 18 locations globally.
