Khemka Broach was established in 1982 by Mr P. K. Khemka. Mr Khemka has 35+ years of experience in design, manufacturing and servicing of Broaches & Spline Gauges. He was extensively trained at ‘Oswald Forst Gmbh’, Germany for design and manufacturing of broaches – and at ‘W. Frost Engineers (Frenco), England’ in design and manufacturing of Spline Gauges/Mandrels/Master Gears. Mr Khemka worked with M/S Dagger Forst Tools Ltd. for 16 years and was working as Vice President. During last many years Khemka Broach & Spline Gauge has supplied Broaches, Spline gauges, Spline Mandrels, Broach Holders, Broaching Machines etc., to reputed customers throughout India and exported its products to European companies successfully.

The company can design and manufacture Broaches based on the customer’s component drawing and suggest the customer suitable broaching M/C, Fixture, Spline Gauges, Spline Mandrels etc. It can also sharpen the customer’s Broaches and refurbish old machines of any make. The company is fully equipped to manufacture both standard and special broaches in either push or pull type including all types of splines, keyways, internal hole and surface broaches. All the broaches are manufactured of the highest quality high-speed steel.
