Mr. Gole has spent more than 35 years working in areas like: production, tool room, design development, total quality assurance and so on. The company is managed by two Directors, namely: Mr. Dinesh S. Gole and Mr. Mahesh S Gole, who are experts in developing hole drilling tools.
Gole Precision Tools Pvt Ltd has been manufacturing deephole drilling tools for decades, thus their Gundrilling solution is ideal for most deep and precision drilling projects. The company offers Single Fluted Gundrills, Twin Fluted Gundrills, Gun Reamers, Special Tools, Accessories and Ejector / BTA Drill Heads. The Gundrills consist of drill heads, tubes and drivers, which are brazed together and are designed to allow the coolant to pass through its entire length. Thus, the coolant can be fed through the tube to the cutting edge. In this system, the chips produced and coolants are removed through shank grooves. The fluted Gundrill is also a coolant-fed carbide lugged drill for higher penetration. The two fluted Gundrill is a coolant fed carbide lugged drill for higher penetration rates. Gole manufactures high precision special purpose carbide tools as per the customer’s requirement. The company supplies, accessories required for deep hole drilling tools, like carbide guide bush, tube guide, coolant seal etc. It also offer silicon metal tools. GOLE offers resharpening service at its plant at Pirangut in Pune.
