Rajamane Industries was established in the year 1975 in Bengaluru, for manufacturing coolant pumps for the machine tool industry. The company was launched with just three models in its portfolio, however today it produces more than 100 models. It primarily caters to meet the needs of industries including: machine tool, printing, packing, filtration and chemical. Rajamane Industries started its operations at Bangalore in 1975. The company has also started a Green Field Facility at Dobbspet for future expansion. It manufactures standard pumps in batches ensuring low cost and off the shelf delivery with some models being shipped within 48 hours. Rajamane Industries has a full-fledged separate machine shop with well-equipped CNC machines and SPM for high productivity and quality. The electric motors required for the pumps are made in-house on automatic winding machines – thereby providing the flexibility to manufacture motors in various voltages and frequencies. The company manufactures special pumps that are assembled on order basis ensuring guarantee of quality and delivery. Rajamane Industries is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, and its products are CE-marked, making the pumps acceptable in the markets world-wide. The company ensures on-line testing of every pump with a computerized system so that every product is quality certified. Today, it is a leader with a large OEM customer base, and has a country wide dealers’ network. Rajamane Industries also manufactures a wide range of products with various materials of construction (MOC) catering to the needs of changing liquid application.
