Before joining AXISCADES, Mohan led the HR function for companies like Wipro, Accenture, Godrej-GE Appliances, and Tenshi Life Sciences Ltd. With a career spanning over two decades across various geographies, he brings a wealth of expertise in leading and driving the human resources function across a spectrum of industries, including Information Technology, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and EdTech.

Mohan’s distinguished career is marked by his extensive contributions to HR strategy and operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and large-scale change management. He has successfully led the HR function for India, Middle East, and Africa geographies, and his expertise also spans across rewards strategy and employee retention.

During his tenure as the Global HR Head of Business Application Services (BAS) at Wipro, Mohan effectively managed a workforce of 25,000 employees, supported by 50 HR business partners, to drive organizational growth through effective people strategies. During his stint in the United States, he managed Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), workforce transitions, and the sales workforce, further underlining his global perspective and acumen. He has also co-authored articles published by the World Economic Forum and HRM, US, and written extensively on Global Talent Mobility and the use of AI in human resource management (HRM) ecosystems.
