Bailey International Strengthens Leadership, Appoints Scott Andrews as VP of Sales

Bailey International announced the appointment of Scott Andrews as its new Vice President of Sales. Andrews will be based in Knoxville, TN, and will report directly to Chris Rowley, Bailey’s Vice President of Hydraulics. Andrews will work closely with Stan Schultz, the company’s current Vice President of Sales, and transition into this role over the next few months as Schultz prepares for his well-deserved retirement. This addition to the leadership team further strengthens Bailey’s leadership team as the company continues its growth trajectory.

Andrews brings over a decade of sales leadership expertise to Bailey International. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Commercialization and Global Sales at Magnum Venus Products, where he successfully led high-performing sales teams and drove commercial strategies for global markets. His extensive experience includes prior roles as Vice President of Magnum Canada and Director of Sales for the Americas at Magnum Venus Products, showcasing his ability to lead diverse teams and deliver consistent results.
