Cyient DLM Names Ramakanth Alapati President & Chief Strategy and Growth Officer

Cyient DLM, an integrated partner for design-led manufacturing, announced the appointment of Ramakanth Alapati as President & Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, further strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates its growth across high-potential global markets. Based in Dallas, US, Ramakanth will lead Cyient DLM’s strategic initiatives in emerging growth sectors and drive the development of a robust global customer pipeline.

With over two decades of distinguished leadership across advanced electronics manufacturing, high-precision packaging, capital equipment, and deep-tech environments, Ramakanth brings broad experience spanning the global technology manufacturing value chain. His expertise spans complex, high-scale production ecosystems and next-generation computing platforms, complemented by a strong track record of building world-class engineering teams and delivering mission-critical programs.

His experience across leading global organizations brings specialized expertise in scaling advanced manufacturing capabilities across high-growth sectors such as data centers, AI, next-generation computing, and closely related adjacencies across the technology value chain.

Alapati holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and has completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.
