With the medical supplies demand for the general public and medical workers surging, Engineering Solutions and Product Development company, Detroit Engineered Products (DEP) is developing products to support the medical industry and fight COVID-19. The team has joined hands with its local manufacturing suppliers and has developed personal protection medical devices like the Aerosol Blocker that helps prevent infectious water droplets and breathing vapor from circulating.
The Protective Face Shield solution that has been designed as a proactive measure to address the acute shortage of protective wear for medical personnel in the current pandemic situation.
“The current times are certainly tough for businesses but more for humanity. This is when we can show solidarity by coming forward and pooling our skills in support of each other against the spread of COVID-19. Designing these medical devices is DEP’s contribution to the medical fraternity who are in the frontline, battling to save lives.
