Epson, a global leader in digital imaging and printing solutions, has announced the launch of two new industrial textile printing solutions in India - SureColor SC-G9030, a high-production Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer and the SureColor SC-F20030, an ultra-high productivity dye-sublimation printer. SureColor SC-G9030: Versatile DTF Printing for Diverse Applications

The SureColor SC-G9030 is a roll-to-roll DTF printing solution engineered for commercial textile transfer printing. With production speeds of up to 34.1 sqm/hr and support for a wide range of substrates including cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, leather and rigid surfaces, the SC-G9030 offers exceptional versatility for fashion apparel, sportswear, promotional merchandise, and personalization businesses.

Featuring Epson’s PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead technology, the printer delivers high levels of precision, consistency, and reliability. An integrated front heater helps reduce ink bleeding and improves overall print quality, while the 1.6-litre UltraChrome DF ink packs support extended production runs with minimal interruptions. The printer offers a default print resolution of 1,200 × 600 dpi and is supported by Epson Edge Print Pro software for streamlined workflow management and production efficiency.

SureColor SC-F20030: Industrial Dye-Sublimation for High-Volume Production

The SureColor SC-F20030 represents Epson's latest innovation in industrial dye-sublimation printing, delivering productivity of up to 295 sq m/hr at 600 × 600 dpi. Built for textile manufacturers and fashion production houses operating at scale, the SC-F20030 combines excellent color consistency, image sharpness, and robust media handling for uninterrupted long-run printing.

Equipped with advanced PrecisionCore printhead technology, its high-capacity bulk ink system helps reduce downtime and supports continuous production, making it well suited for demanding manufacturing environments. The printer is ideal for a wide range of applications, including sportswear, fashion apparel, home décor, soft signage, and promotional products.
