HARTING Automotive was conferred with the Volkswagen Group Award 2020 in the “E-Mobility” category. The award by Volkswagen Group recognises the exceptional achievements and innovative prowess with which HARTING Automotive contributes to the success of Volkswagen AG.

The award praised the company’s proactive, rapid, and targeted actions in the volatile electromobility sector, stating that HARTING Automotive reacts to short-term volume fluctuations and unplanned additional needs flexibly and in partnership. The congratulatory certificate further stated that HARTING Automotive’s broad spectrum of charging cables ensured the cross-brand/cross-plant supply of the Mode 3 charging cable. Volkswagen AG added that HARTING Automotive was an important and reliable component of the VW supply chain.
