LTV 30 Plus – Vertical Turning Center: LTV 30 Plus Vertical Turning Center is a state-of-the-art machine engineered for precision, efficiency, and versatility in turning operations. It comes with a 381 mm chuck, a maximum turning diameter of 540 mm, and a maximum turning length of 770 mm. It offers ample capacity to handle a wide range of workpieces, making it ideal for diverse applications. It has a spindle speed of 2,500 rpm and a spindle power of 15/18.5 kW. The rigid construction minimizes vibrations and enhances stability, contributing to superior surface finishes and extended tool life. The machine is perfect for industries such as Pumps, Valves, Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Energy, etc.

S Turn I – Horizontal Turning Center:

S Turn I, a next-generation turning center, comes with an 8-inch chuck, a maximum diameter of 320 mm, and a maximum length of 300 mm. It has an 8-station hydraulic turret, a spindle speed of 4,500 rpm, and a spindle power of 5.5/7.5 kW. This makes the machine suitable for a wide range of applications, from high-volume production runs to precision machining. S Turn I is an excellent choice for high-quality, reliable turning capabilities and caters to industries, including Automobile, Fittings, Pumps & Valves, Oil & Gas, Foundry & Forging, General Engineering, etc.

JD2 – Compact Vertical Machining Center:

JD2 has stroke capabilities of 500 mm on the X-axis, 400 mm on the Y-axis, and 320 mm on the Z-axis. The compact machining center features a rigid structure that provides a wider working area with a pallet size of 650 mm X 400 mm, allowing for greater flexibility and precision. This machine is designed to deliver superior performance and precision.

With a direct drive BT 30 high-speed spindle of 12,000 rpm, this machine is capable of delivering unparalleled performance and accuracy.  It is equipped with high-speed pocket tilting automatic tool changers, ensuring smooth and seamless tool transitions with a tool changing time of 1.5 seconds. The machines facilitate efficient and swift movements with rapid traverse rates of 48 m/min. Its advanced design ensures exceptional precision and efficiency in the production of high-quality components for the Automobile, Electric Vehicle, Die & Mold, and Electronic segments.

J Series - Vertical Machining Centers:

J Series machines have a high demand in the market for their exceptional reliability, performance, and precision. These machines have a wide working area and boast spindle power ranging from 7.5 to 22 kW, with a direct drive spindle speed of up to 12,000 rpm. The machines feature a direct drive BT 40 and BT 50 spindle as well as the option of BBT 40 and BBT 50 spindle.

 In addition, the J series machines are equipped with a 24-tool ARM-type automatic tool changer (ATC) that facilitates rapid and efficient tool changes, taking less than 2 seconds. The machines feature precision linear guideways on the X, Y, and Z axes, ensuring accuracy and stability during operation. Rotary Automatic Pallet Changer (RAPC) is available in the selected models of the J Series as an optional feature.

J Series machines can be easily configured to handle different materials like steel, aluminum, brass, die steel, Inconel, and titanium. These machines are highly versatile and cater to major industries like Automobile, Die & Mold, Pumps & Valves, Oil & Gas, and General Engineering.
