Ace Designers – Machining Center Division from Ace Micromatic Group is displaying 740V with a high-end Siemens Controller, which is a precise, compact, cost-competitive, machine loaded with features that are suitable for high-precision die & mould machining.
The 740V is a value-for-money machine offered with enhanced aesthetics, high-speed direct drive spindle, and features tailored for die and mould application. It can be offered with a high-end Fanuc or Mitsubishi CNC controller based on customer requirements.
Ace Designers – Machining Centre Division is the largest manufacturer of machining centers in India. Under the AMS brand, it offers machining centers that are the best in quality and productivity. It offers a wide range of products suiting variable applications for industries including Automotive, Engineering, Die Mold, Pattern Making, and Aerospace. The product range starts with 540 V, a table size of 750x400 mm to 1690 V with a table size of 1,800x800 mm.
The 740V is a compact and rigid machine with a wider working area, a larger front, a side opening, high-precision ball screws, and LM guideways, making it more user-friendly and designed for varied cutting applications.
The machine features a larger table size of 900x400 mm, increased strokes measuring 760/425/470 mm, a higher spindle speed of 10,000 RPM, and a higher spindle power of 11/7.5 kW. It boasts a high load carrying capacity of up to 800 kg and is equipped with a high-end CNC controller from Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi. Additionally, it includes a die-mould kit for smooth operation and is suitable for die component machining.
