Vertical Machining Centers - J5 for Reliability and Precision

J5 – Vertical Machining Center comes with stroke capabilities of 820 mm X-axis, 600 mm Y-axis, and 600 mm Z-axis. It has a table size of 1000 X 600 mm and a direct drive BT 40 spindle with 10,000 rpm.

J Series machines have high demand in the market for their exceptional reliability, performance, and precision. This versatile series has stroke capabilities of X-axis from 600 mm to 1 m, Y-axis up to 600 mm, and Z-axis from 500 mm to 600 mm and boasts spindle power ranging from 7.5 to 22 kW, with direct drive spindle speed of up to 12,000 rpm. The machines feature a direct drive BT 40 and BT 50 spindle as well as the option of BBT 40 and BBT 50 spindle.

In addition, the J series machines are equipped with a 24-tool ARM-type automatic tool changer (ATC) that facilitates rapid and efficient tool changes, taking less than 2 seconds. The machines feature precision linear guideways on the X, Y, and Z axes, ensuring accuracy and stability during operation. Rotary Automatic Pallet Changer (RAPC) is available in the selected models of the J Series as an optional feature.
