Front Load Automation is a simple fixed automation that can be fitted to any new /existing lathe machine with minimal requirements depending on the component. Automatic loading and unloading of components happens in a cycle time of 7-8 sec. The floor space requirement in front of the machine is approximately 1 m. One can load and unload a variety of parts, shapes, and sizes of cylindrical and ring-type components. The automation can swivel up to 90°. This enables the operator sufficient room space for insert changing and for setting purposes.

J300 LM, a horizontal 2-axes turning centre, is available in A2-5 spindle configurations with up to 320 mm maximum turning diameter for up to 300 mm turning length. Available in Linear Motion (LM) guideway and CNC Controller options like Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Delta, this machine has the versatility for most turning applications.
