For added protection and longevity, the axes are equipped with stainless steel guideways, and the ball screw is shielded by an imported Stabilastic cover. This dual-layer protection system prevents chip entry into critical areas, significantly extending the machine’s lifespan. As a result, this model is an ideal choice for the casting industry, particularly for dry-cutting applications. Its compact footprint makes it a highly attractive option for shop managers.

Once the machine is grouted and leveled, its rigidity is assured. This model is well suited for various industries, including job shops utilizing conventional lathes for dry cutting, flange turning, toolrooms, and both the Automotive and Non-Automotive sectors, as well as General Engineering.

Simple Turn 6035 XL, a new variant in the Simple Turn series for Chucking components is being unveiled at RMTS 2024.
