Key features of this machine include an A2-5 integral spindle assembly and a step-up Z-axis structural design that enhances rigidity. It is equipped with a built-in spindle cooling unit, linear motion guideways for rapid axis movements, and a high-power Siemens 1FE1082 spindle motor. The machine features the Pragati DT185 - DMT 80-12 dual-motor radial live tool turret, ideal for advanced CNC turning and milling, especially in turn-mill centers requiring both axial and radial machining. The BMT45 tool interface ensures secure and rigid tool mounting for high-precision operations. Additionally, the machine includes centralized oil lubrication, a coolant system with a chip tray, and live tooling with C-axis spindle control for versatile and efficient processing.

The Ace CTM-06 LM M offers numerous advantages, including increased efficiency, reduced cycle times, and significant space savings due to machine consolidation. It is especially beneficial for high-mix, low-volume production environments where multiple operations can be performed in one setup, resulting in improved accuracy and shorter lead times. The precision of the machine is further enhanced by the reduction of errors caused by part repositioning, making it ideal for producing complex geometries in fewer steps.

This machine finds widespread application across various industries such as Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, Oil & Gas, and General Engineering. It is used to manufacture intricate components like turbine parts, housings, implants, surgical tools, camshafts, transmission parts, valve bodies, connectors, and shafts with slots, flanges, or cross holes. Its ability to handle complex parts efficiently makes it a valuable asset for modern manufacturing environments.
