With over thirty years of experience in the building materials and construction sector, he joins Ashtech as a valuable addition to the leadership team.

Pathiks’s career is marked by his vision and operational expertise in leadership roles both domestically and internationally. His previous positions include CEO and COO roles at companies specializing in specialty products, as well as significant tenures at Ambuja Cement Ltd and LafargeHolcim Singapore. Most recently, he held the position of CEO at Ultrafine Mineral & Admixtures Pvt Ltd in Mumbai.

In his new role, Pathik will be responsible for driving initiatives, managing operations, and fostering innovation in building materials. His leadership will prioritize business growth, sustainability practices, and improving customer satisfaction. With a background in marketing strategies, he is well-equipped to guide Ashtech India toward achieving its long-term objectives amidst changing market dynamics.
