Energy Veteran Dinesh Sarraf Joins Gruner Renewable Energy as Chief Advisor

Gruner Renewable Energy, the flagship company of the Gruner Group and one of India’s fastest-growing EPC companies in the Compressed BioGas (CBG) sector, is pleased to announce the association of Dinesh Sarraf, a distinguished leader with over 40 years of experience across India’s Energy, Regulatory, and Public sectors.

Sarraf has previously served as Chairperson of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB). Earlier, he held key leadership positions at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), including Group Chairman and Managing Director and Director (Finance). He also held the positions of Chairman, Managing Director, and CEO of ONGC Videsh.

An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and a dual-qualified ACMA and ACS professional, Sarraf has been widely recognized for his contributions to India’s Energy sector and Public sector governance. His accolades include the Business Today Best PSU CFO Award and the prestigious SCOPE Excellence Awards, presented by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi and the former President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee.
