HANNOVER MESSE Organizers Gear Up for Enhanced Industrial AI Conference

HANNOVER MESSE organizer Deutsche Messe AG is set to host the Industrial AI Conference on January 22 in Frankfurt, building on the success of the 2024 event as part of the run-up to HANNOVER MESSE 2025. Next year, the AI Conference will be divided into three tracks: Business, Engineering, and Deep Tech. The Industrial Conference will be the ideal platform for exchanging information on the current state of knowledge with experts, and learning from best-practice solutions.

Rich Walker, Director, Shadow Robot Company, has accepted the invitation to give the opening keynote speech. He and his team have developed what is probably the best robotic hand, and he has been working successfully with Google DeepMind for years. While the Shadow Robot Company developed the hardware, Google DeepMind concentrated on the AI. The result of this collaboration is a hand equipped with numerous sensors that provide deep insights into the robot’s environment and how it works.

After the keynote speech, participants will have the opportunity to absorb information in the three parallel tracks of Business, Engineering and Deep Tech. There will also be face-to-face discussions with the experts about current challenges. The Deep Tech track will include, among other experts, Marco Huber, Head - AI Progress Center, Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation, and Prof Jakub Tomczak, Eindhoven University of Technology, who will be speaking on the topic of ‘A Simulink for GenAI Systems’. Furthermore, Peter Seeberg and Robert Weber from the Industrial AI Podcast will be content partners and moderators.
