JD2 – Compact Vertical Machining Center

JD2 has stroke capabilities of 500 mm on the X-axis, 400 mm on the Y-axis, and 320 mm on the Z-axis. The compact machining center features a rigid structure that provides a wider working area with a pallet size of 650 mm X 400 mm, allowing for greater flexibility and precision. This machine is designed to deliver superior performance and precision.

The machine has spindle speed of up to 12,000 rpm and supports BT30 spindle taper. It is equipped with high-speed pocket tilting automatic tool changer, ensuring smooth and seamless tool transitions with a tool changing time of 1.5 seconds. The machine facilitates efficient and swift movements with rapid traverse rates of 48 m/min.
