HP 5000 – The Next-Gen HMC 2.0

Jyoti is introducing the HP 5000, the 3rd Generation Horizontal Machining Center in the Jyoti-Huron product basket, which is equipped with superior technical features to meet distinct performance expectations. The high-performance HP series is designed by highly experienced designers to match the demand of the current market which requires the highest dynamics along with the best accuracy and reliability in the segment of horizontal machining centers. 

The HP 5000 is built with a heavy-duty and robust bed from high-quality graded cast iron. A step-up structure in the base, a robust column, and a saddle design make the machine rigid and durable, supporting the spindle headstock and pallet to ensure precise and stable movement in the X and Y axes. The wider T-base structure provides structural stability for vibration-free cutting of larger job envelopes, even in extreme positions with no overhang effect.

The machine is capable of high-speed cutting with rapids of up to 60 m/min and cutting of up to 30 m/min. The spindles of the machine are designed and developed in-house to get the perfect blend of high-power torque and rpm to handle a wider range of machining capabilities. The BBT 50 tapered spindle of the machine offers the machine a maximum spindle speed of 10,000 rpm. Intelligent automatic tool changer combo consists of a digital door/arm, and magazine. The faster automatic pallet changer makes the machine productivity-oriented with an 800 kg load capacity on the pallet. The B-axis of the machine, built with TRIM technology, provide 0.001° indexing capability. An ergonomics- and TPM-friendly design and an efficient coolant and chip management system make the machine stand out among the segment.

Zebra – CNC Chucker:

Jyoti CNC Automation has come up with a revolutionary CNC Chucker machine, the Zebra. Its standout features include a compact design coupled with unparalleled productivity. With a travel of 300 mm on the Z-axis and 175 mm on the X-axis, the machine boasts a footprint of just 1900 x 1330 mm. This compact size optimizes floor space, offering a footprint approximately 25 percent smaller than other machines in this segment.

The machine is equipped with a high-performance electro spindle capable of delivering high torque precision turning operations. It offers a maximum spindle speed of 5,000 rpm and features a 12-station heavy-duty servo turret designed for heavy stock removal, fine surface finish, and extended tool life. The unique diamond-shaped tool disc enables the turning of larger-diameter jobs.

Despite Zebra being a compact CNC chucker, it offers a greater machining range with a maximum turning diameter of 320 mm. Designed with a TPM-friendly concept, it includes features such as automatic part-loading windows, lube filling, and ease of chip evacuation. Engineered for optimal operator ease and boasting the ability to deliver impeccable surface finishes, Zebra stands at the forefront of precision turning technology. The series finds its wide successful applications for small to medium-sized components and is suitable for complex jobs with high productivity as well as better tool life.

RDX 20 - Vertical Machining Center

RDX is a special series of vertical machining centers for Die & Mold applications. The machines’ structure has a broader base and a rigid column made of graded cast iron that dampens the effect of vibration and gives better thermal stability for continuous working in die & mold applications.

Features like high rapids, broad tapered column, integrated nut and bearing housing for better rigidity of axis movement, high-performance spindle, superior ergonomics, and die & mold controller make this series of machines unmatchable in the Indian Machine Tool market. Within the RDX series, Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd provides three models tailored to accommodate components of varying sizes and weights on the machine.

DX Series - CNC Turning/Turn-Mill Centers

The DX Series machines are the most robust and designed for heavy and uninterrupted cutting, thereby allowing one to achieve superior finishing and long-term accuracies with high cutting parameters. Based on the proven step-up structure design with all the tried and tested family features, the DX Series machines feature a combination of High Torque Spindle and Servo Turret.
