RHI Magnesita India Reshuffles Leadership, Appoints Pankaj Malhan as MD & CEO

The Board of Directors of RHI Magnesita India Ltd, the leading manufacturer and supplier of high-grade refractory products, systems, and solutions, announced the appointment of Pankaj Malhan as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective July 1, 2026. The Board also announced that Parmod Sagar, who has been serving as Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, will continue as the Chairman of the Board of the Company.

Malhan joins RHI Magnesita with over 30 years of leadership experience across steel, manufacturing, industrial materials, and infrastructure sectors. Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully led large and complex organizations through growth, transformation, operational excellence, and value creation. His extensive experience and proven leadership make him exceptionally well positioned to lead the company’s India business into its next phase of growth.
