Siemens Ltd, a leading technology company, reported revenue from continuing operations of INR 4,401 crore for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2023, which ended March 31, 2023, a 28.8 percent increase over the same quarter the previous year. Profit after Tax from continuing operations was INR 516 crore, an increase of 61.9 percent over the same period last year. The company also booked New Orders of INR 31,151 crore in Q2 FY 2023, which included an order of INR 25,455 crore for the 9000 HP locomotive project. Consequently, New Orders in Q2 FY 2023 grew by 8.1 percent on a comparable basis.
