VDMA, ZVEI, and Deutsche Messe are delighted to announce the return of the ‘5G and Industrial Wireless Arena’ at HANNOVER MESSE 2024 on April 22-26, building on the success of its earlier launch this year. VDMA is represented by Wireless Communications for Machines (AGWCM), while ZVEI is represented by 5G ACIA, and Deutsche Messe is contributing its ‘5G Smart Venue’ campus network to the project.

At the previous event, some 60 exhibitors, including well-known firms like Siemens, Rohde&Schwarz, HUAWEI, Qualcomm, Ericsson, Weidmüller, and Pepperl&Fuchs, showcased the latest status and growth opportunities of industrial wireless systems as well as exciting 5G applications. The central focus of the 5G and Industrial Wireless Arena was the forum, where, among other things, the wide range of possible applications in industry and the prospects for the 6G network were discussed.

The 5G and Industrial Wireless Arena at HANNOVER MESSE offers a unique combination of live technology demonstrations, expert presentations, and face-to-face networking with companies from the 5G ecosystem to promote the upcoming market ramp-up. For HANNOVER MESSE 2024, Deutsche Messe expects a significant increase in the number of exhibitors at the 5G and Industrial Wireless Arena. “In addition to our two association partners, we also have firm commitments from Siemens, HMS, and Fraunhofer HHI.
