Cummins India Names Gbile Adewunmi MD and India Regional Leader

Cummins India Ltd, a leading power solutions technology provider, announced the appointment of Gbile Adewunmi as Managing Director of Cummins India Ltd and India Regional Leader, effective November 01, 2026.  He will assume these responsibilities in addition to his current role as leader of industrial markets within power systems and will continue leading the industrial markets line of business.

Adewunmi currently serves as Vice President, Power Systems Industrial Markets at Cummins. In this role, he has led work with customers and partners across demanding industrial markets, including mining, to deliver practical and scalable power solutions. In this role, he has worked with customers and partners acrossa industrial markets, including mining, to advance hybrid-electric retrofit solutions, mining technologies, and other power solutions that support customer productivity, reliability, and emissions-reduction goals.
