Dhoot Transmission Announces Naveen Kumar as New Group CEO

Dhoot Transmission Group, a leader in the auto component industry, announced the appointment of Naveen Kumar as its new Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this new role he will report to Founder and Managing Director Rahul Dhoot. Kumar brings over three decades of senior leadership experience across the automotive, manufacturing, and technology sectors, with a strong track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and global partnerships.

Throughout his career, he has led major organizational transformations, business turnarounds, and large-scale expansions. As Group CEO of Napino Auto & Electronics, he successfully scaled revenues, strengthened operational efficiency, and established a state-of-the-art R&D center. Under his leadership, the company also created strategic joint ventures with global majors such as Continental AG and ZF TRW.
