Blaser Swisslube Appoints Marc Schuler CEO

Blaser Swisslube, a Swiss family-owned company delivering premium, high-performance metalworking fluids, has appointed Marc Schuler as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2026, as part of a long-planned leadership transition aimed at ensuring continuity and setting the company up for its next phase of growth.

Schuler brings many years of experience as CEO of a family-owned business, combined with deep expertise in international industrial environments. He stands for clear leadership, strong customer focus, and sustainable growth, which are fully aligned with the values that have always defined Blaser Swisslube: Swissness, quality, reliability, and long-term thinking.

Commenting on his appointment, Schuler said, “Blaser Swisslube is a company I’ve long admired—for its Swiss roots, its uncompromising focus on quality, and the long-term mindset that shapes everything it does. I’m grateful for the trust placed in me and excited to help carry this strong foundation forward.”

Looking ahead to strengthening the partnerships that define Blaser Swisslube and writing the next chapter together, he continued, “I would like to sincerely thank Marc Blaser, the owner family, and all the employees for the warm welcome, the open conversations, and the thoughtful way this transition has been prepared. It’s a privilege to step into a role where continuity, values, and people truly matter.”

Schuler added, “What matters most to me going forward is listening, learning, and working closely with our teams, customers, partners, and suppliers. Blaser Swisslube stands for added value, reliability, and long-term partnerships—and that is exactly what I intend to strengthen.”

At the same time, Marc Blaser will remain closely involved with the business in his role as CEO of the Koras Group, the parent organization of Blaser Swisslube. Representing the Blaser family, he will continue to guide the group’s broader strategic direction, ensuring stability and continuity during the transition.
